Returns & Exchanges
At Lu Designs, every item is handmade and made to order with care. Because each piece is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personalised/custom orders.
Orders may be cancelled within one hour of purchase. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Please check your measurements and order details carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing, we’re happy to help before you purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order at our email address:
including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem by offering a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
Items must not be worn (other than trying them on), washed, or altered before contacting us about a fault.
